Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit or buy from spaudio.it. It is written in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

2. What data we collect
Order data: first and last name, billing and shipping address, email, telephone, VAT number or tax code, order contents.
Payment data: handled directly by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Account data: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Contact data: what you write to us through the contact form, by email or by WhatsApp.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the parties needed to complete your order: the e-commerce platform that hosts this store, payment providers, couriers and our logistics partner, our accountants for invoicing and tax duties, and public authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission. You may ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data: 10 years, as required by Italian tax law.
Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
Emails and support requests: up to 2 years after the last contact.
Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
Cookies: for the period stated in the cookie banner.
7. Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to spaudio@spaudio.it. We will reply within one month.
