Cancelling an order before it ships

You can ask to cancel your order at any time before it has been handed to the courier. Write to spaudio@spaudio.it as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

If the parcel has not yet left our warehouse, we cancel the order and refund you in full within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

If the order has already shipped

If the parcel has already been handed to the courier we can no longer stop it. In that case, wait for the delivery and then use your right of withdrawal within 14 days, as described in our Refund and Return Policy.

Orders cancelled by us

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the product turns out to be out of stock, if the price or the technical specification shown was obviously wrong, if the payment is not confirmed, or if the order is flagged as fraudulent. If this happens we always tell you by email first.

Custom and made-to-order items

Items that are custom made, made to order or produced to your specifications cannot be cancelled once production has started, and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
