3. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Refund and Return Policy
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving any reason (Articles 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer Code).
To exercise this right, write to spaudio@spaudio.it before the 14 days expire, quoting your order number. We will reply with a return authorisation and with the exact address of our returns warehouse. Please do not send anything back before receiving that authorisation, otherwise we cannot track your return.
Condition of the goods
The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and any protective film. Speakers, subwoofers, drivers and amplifiers that have been installed, wired or powered up cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, because they can no longer be sold as new.
Who pays for the return
The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, in which case we pay.
Refunds
Once we have received the goods and checked their condition, we refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order. We refund the price of the product and the standard outbound shipping cost. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery service, we refund only the standard cost.
Legal guarantee — 2 years
All products sold to consumers are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code). If a product turns out to be faulty or not as described, write to spaudio@spaudio.it with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs or a video.
Depending on the case we will repair the product, replace it, reduce the price or refund you.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, by connecting a load below the rated impedance, by overpowering the product beyond its rated RMS power, by water, or by tampering with the product.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal described above applies to consumers only. Purchases made with a VAT number, for resale or for professional use, are governed by our Terms of Service and by the agreement between the parties.
