SP-DSP 60×4 — the amplifier that is already the processor
Four channels of real amplification, 4 × 60 W RMS, with a full DSP engine in the same chassis: 15-band parametric EQ on every channel, six independent crossovers, time alignment and phase per channel, and 6 RCA pre-outs to grow the system as far as you want. Inputs for everything: 4-channel high-level from the factory head unit, AUX, optical, USB audio and Bluetooth 5.0. Tuned from a Windows PC or from the Android app, and six complete tunings stay saved in the unit.
What the numbers actually say
These are the manufacturer’s declared figures for the SP-DSP 60×4 (manual Rev. 1.0, September 2026). Read them the right way round: this is a processor with four amplified channels, not a big power amplifier. The four on-board channels drive a front stage or a set of door speakers directly at 4 × 60 W RMS; the 6 RCA pre-outs are what let you add real amplifiers for the rest of the system, each one already equalised, crossed over and time-aligned. Total harmonic distortion 0.03%, frequency response 20 Hz – 20 kHz.
Why a DSP amplifier changes the install
A conventional build is an amplifier, an outboard processor and a loom between them. The SP-DSP 60×4 puts both in the same chassis: one power run, the factory harness on the high-level input, and six RCA runs out to whatever you add later.
Not a tone control: a 15-band parametric equalizer per channel, 20 Hz – 20 kHz, Q from 0.3 to 50 and gain from −15.0 to +15.0 dB. That is what lets you pull down one cabin resonance instead of dulling a whole octave.
In a car the driver sits closer to one door than the other, so sound arrives out of step and the stereo image collapses towards the near side. Enter the delay for each channel — 0 to 6 ms, shown also as 0 to 204 cm — and the stage comes back to the middle.
Every one of the six output channels has its own independent high-pass and low-pass filter: Butterworth, Bessel or Linkwitz-Riley, with slopes of 12, 24, 36 or 48 dB per octave anywhere between 20 Hz and 20 kHz.
4-channel high-level straight off the factory head unit, AUX on RCA, an optical S/PDIF feed, USB audio with no driver to install, or Bluetooth 5.0 streaming. Pick the best source your car offers and select it from the MODE button or the app.
The Windows software gives you every parameter on one screen with the USB cable supplied; the Android app does the same over Bluetooth from the driver’s seat. Save the result as one of six scenes and nothing needs to stay connected.

What is in the box
This is a compact box: the amplifier and the USB cable you need to tune it from a PC. Everything else depends on the car and is chosen by the installer, so we do not put it in the carton and charge you for it.
Included: SP-DSP 60×4 unit · USB tuning cable · user manual
Not included: the power and ground cable with its inline fuse, the RCA cables to your amplifiers, the vehicle-specific high-level harness and the optional wired controller — installation materials that depend on the car. The Windows software and the Android app are free downloads.

Build the rest of the system
Read this before you install
- Disconnect the battery first. Remove the negative terminal before routing any cable, and reconnect it last.
- Fuse the permanent +12 V line with an inline fuse close to the battery, sized to the cable gauge. In a chafed cable or a crash, that fuse is what stops a fire.
- Power it from the battery, never from an unprotected tap behind the dashboard.
- Bare-metal chassis ground, as short as possible. A bad ground causes noise, resets and erratic Bluetooth behaviour — it is the first thing to check, not the last.
- Keep RCA runs away from power cables. Six pre-outs mean six chances to pick up alternator whine: route signal and power on opposite sides of the car.
- Check the turn-on mode. In high-level / DC mode make sure the factory head unit switches fully off when the car is locked, or the unit stays powered.
- Keep it dry and let it breathe. Never install or operate it in a wet or humid place, and never cover the cooling fins. The chassis gets hot in normal use.
- Never open the case. There are no user-serviceable parts inside and opening it voids the warranty.
