The SP-BT 16 is a pair of gold-tone battery terminals in a blister pack. Each one clamps onto the battery post with a ring and a side screw, and gives you four clean cable entries: two 0 GA for main power and two 8 GA for auxiliary feeds, each locked by its own hex set screw.
Why this terminal
Main power for an amplifier or a distribution block, straight from the battery post.
Auxiliary feeds for processors, fans and accessories, without splicing into the main cable.
Each entry is locked by its own hex set screw: larger screws for 0 GA, smaller for 8 GA.
The ring slides over the post and a hex clamp screw on the side tightens it.
(+) or (−) engraved on the clamp neck of each terminal of the pair.
Sold as a pair in a sealed blister pack, with CE and RoHS symbols printed on the pack.

Complete the system
Before you install it
- Disconnect the battery first. Remove the negative terminal first and re-connect it last. A tool bridging (+) and (−) can melt in seconds.
- Fuse within 20 cm of the battery. Every power cable leaving a terminal needs a fuse or circuit breaker rated for that cable, at most 20 cm from the battery.
- Correct cable gauge. 0 GA cable in the 0 GA entries and 8 GA in the 8 GA entries. Never use thinner cable than the entry is made for.
- Clean and tight. Clean post and clamp bore to bare metal. Tighten firmly but do not over-tighten, and re-check after the first drive.
- 12 V negative-ground vehicles only. Do not use on 24 V trucks or other systems. Do not modify or drill the terminals.
